Need advice on appointment setting

Any young agents reading this,

Don't over extend on debt. Don't buy things you don't need. Don't have kids when you can't support them. Save. Work hard a reasonable amout.

And you won't be making posts on a forum telling young kids to work 70 hours a week.

If YOU get in a situation due to your own decisions, YOU might have to work 70 hours a week but that is your fault. If you are addicted to money, that is another issue.

So please Dude tell oh wise one, how many hours should one work? Because it's clear you disagree with hard work or shall I say long hours, so what is your solution / advise.

By the way how old are you? Are you 100% retired, not working and debt free? Cuz if I take advise from a Dude as laid back as you I wanna be sure your what I want be at your age.

I didn't quote you because more than one person that commented is against hard work.

CW is a great example worked his tail off for 5 plus years and is basically retired making more than dudes can dream about. But hey who wants that, work slow and long that's what wins the race. (Sometimes it does)

First off are you retired and debt free? I doubt it. I'm not almighty and wise, I'm also not stupid. I'm not any less a "man" nor "hard worker" because I can plan, save for retirement, and can limit my expenses.

I have zero debt though.

How much you work depends on the person? Do you spend a lot? How much are your expenses?

Go ahead and post more so I can confirm how idoitc you are.

When you give advise give the young guys some info about yourself. Does your wife work? How much does she make? How long you been in the biz? How old are you? Just a few things that a young new agent can read and say I wanna he like the dude or I don't wanna be like Chase. Help the young dudes out.
