just use wordpress, lot's of great FREE premium themes can be found online, great plugins that make on page seo a BREEZE.

Think of it as an initiation of sorts!
You will learn that, on this site, if you ask a direct question you will get a direct answer. It may seem that STI was being short with you, but you asked for advice and he actually gave you something very constructive: your site needs work.
The main thing I notice is the flash intro
, which is death to search engine rankings. That is why you do not see fancy intros on most sites.Google seems to drive right past those in favor of a site with straight forward, relevant content.
Go to Google, type in the keyword you are trying to rank for and investigate the top 3 agency sites (your competition) and use those as examples of what you want your web designer to do. Wordpress is the best if you want to do it yourself, and there are more than a few web designers on the boards who will build a site for you. Look around, or wait a few and I'm sure Aaron will post his review of your site (maybe even as a video if you're lucky
)Also, read the "SEO" sticky at the beginning of this forum for a lot of helpful (and humorous) information.

STI has a point...I think you should have a professional scrap that site and build you a quality site. You don't have sub headers or anything else on there that will give your site "juice" with search engines.
Also, not to be rude but it's a little hard on the eyes.
