I'm excited because I'm horrible at this stuff but figured it out on my own. Also, am in the process of getting google adsense and search and submitting it to online directories. Anything else I should be doing?

Search for "insurance agent" in google, and look at the maps results.
Take the top guys phone number and search for every place his business listing is copied.
See if you can add yours to every site, and work your way down the top 10.
Then after you do about 15 or 20 of those, add yourself a google places listing.

Thanks, Jas! I'm actually figuring out a lot on my own and with help from others on this forum. I'm not making enough right now to pay for someone's help but I'll keep you in mind for the future!
