Noemi Ortega, Jay Crockett and Senior Life [Warning]

If I am reading correctly here, after he got moved (supposedly without his consent), he spoke with you and asked you to release him to whomever he wanted to go to? I'm also assuming you must have said no, since he threatened to come on the forum to "out" you?

If this be the case, then shame on you for not releasing him. I understand that he might have lead you down the primrose path thinking he would be coming under you, and shame on him for not being upfront....however, you don't own him and you should release him and let him go where he wants to. If SL won't honor that, then shame on them too. They don't own him either.

Either way....let him go and go on about life. It's really that easy and simple. Seems to me that a lot of recruiters have attitudes as though the agent works "for" them when it's the exact opposite.

There is some sleazy stuff at the FE IMO levels.

Do you guys sell agents to each other?
Make agents get agency tattoos?
If one of those & |¥¢s~^ get out of line how do you discipline them?

Just to be clear, if I ask any of you to see a comp shedual, you then think you own me?
000

Agents beware. These guys are not your friend. You are just income to them. Not saying all, I have multiple contracts with Todd, but many.

@Jaymon @Baseball7 do you each open release agents under you?
Then Todd owns you. He just has not signed the title ..... yet!

I'm glad Sr Life doesn't allow recruiters to poach other recruiters' agents. Eliminates friction and tension and helps promote our team atmosphere.
That's a flat-out lie! My brother recruited our first cousin out of Tennessee. He was told that another RVP was marketing heavily in TN and therefore, my cousin had to work under that RVP. Huh??? In other words, SL tried to force my cousin to work for someone he didn't even know. I'm not telling you what I heard. I'm telling you what I know for a fact!

Go ahead. Call me negative for correcting you.

Well said!

Do you people really think Senior Life is going to slow their roll for you? You will do business their way, or not at all. Next!

I've never heard of something like that before. Maybe TN was a protected territory at that time?
