Noemi Ortega, Jay Crockett and Senior Life [Warning]

and too top it off you drag a women into it.

Jay it's her name on the agency not yours and your insurance company asked me to reach out to her when this all went down. She was the one who flatly refused to have a conversation with me.

This post was designed to be a fair warning to anybody who stumbles on it that your company has a "protected agent list." And that you place agents on it without there knowledge.

I understand the concept but I totally and unequivocably disagree with using it and not disclosing that to an agent.

Your a PUNK and I hope we meet up again one day!

I would love to meet up and you can refund the money I spent on contracting with that insurance company that went to waste. How does friday sound for breakfast? Lol.

I believe you knew your intentions from the beginning...you should have Scott Burke (Newby) introduce, set-up the conference and get the commission schedule YOU REQUESTED from Scott.

I believe you knew Scott did not have experience with Senior Life, but wanted to get the real scoop.

Admit if knew you where going with Scott....WHY WASTE MY TIME!

And if you where my friend (by the way is BS, we only spoke business)...ya think you should have had the balls to tell me yourself? Don't my ? ethics...YOU USED ME.

You feel you power on this forum...that's why within minutes you threatened to use it as a weapon...and too top it off you drag a women into it...IF A MAN TELLS YOU TOO BACK OFF, SHE DOES NOT WANT TO SPEAK TOO and then you post her name!

Your a PUNK and I hope we meet up again one day!
Newby now has Senior Life?

Im saying the top level IMO has agreements with carriers. Every IMO makes their own deal with each carrier.

Take NAA for example. They worked out a deal with a carrier that they never have to release the agent. Not after 6 months, not after 12, never.

I doubt many top level IMOs would interfere with smaller IMOs under them. But it happens. And if they decided, they could block any release they want.

Wow didn't know a company would not honor no business in 6 months and they have to release. So Integrity will have incredible leverage going forward with CO's

Yeah I don't see how all the Integrity mergers are going to be good for agents.

Street or close shouldn't be as affected.

Who is affected the most are the agents at 50-80% and the agencies producing $50k a month or more.

Those that recruit to the super low comp, don't want folks leaving when they see the light. And agencies that are bringing production and a buffer on downline rollup fall into the same category.

Thanks for the support from some of the experienced forum members, as some of members clearly that see Chris used me.

He threatened me with this forum (I have his threatening texts & emails).
I told him "GO AHEAD"...I'm not going to be BULLIED by someone who back-stabbed me.

I have email and texts of him requesting the commission tables as well as the offer I made....BEFORE speaking from with the Exec's from Senior Life. The company moved him....NOT ME. Senior Life protects up-lines from agents from doing exactly what he did.

I don't discuss back-stabbing nor do I use this forum to build my power or as a bargaining chip.

I WILL NOT RESPOND AGAIN ON THIS....LET EVERYONE BE THIER OWN JUDGE.

If I am reading correctly here, after he got moved (supposedly without his consent), he spoke with you and asked you to release him to whomever he wanted to go to? I'm also assuming you must have said no, since he threatened to come on the forum to "out" you?

If this be the case, then shame on you for not releasing him. I understand that he might have lead you down the primrose path thinking he would be coming under you, and shame on him for not being upfront....however, you don't own him and you should release him and let him go where he wants to. If SL won't honor that, then shame on them too. They don't own him either.

Either way....let him go and go on about life. It's really that easy and simple. Seems to me that a lot of recruiters have attitudes as though the agent works "for" them when it's the exact opposite.
