Security National Life doesn't have a PHI either...but they're only in 25 states, I believe.

They still have it but not every agent has to use it. May be specific to the IMO you are with as to whether you can have that option.
There is special wording you have to put on the app if you don't use it. I probably use the POS about half the time since they made that change. If I have time I don't mind doing it but it's great to be able use RNA when you don't have time for the POS interview.

Ur a big fish in a small pond....us GUPPIES have to use it every time! I still dont see the big deal, it literally takes 10-12min to complete!

I hate it. It takes up too much of my time and it's just a PIA. If you do a husband and wife it's 30 minutes just for the call and I don't have that kind of time.
I hate it with all companies. That's one of the good things about Americo and Monumental, not having a madatory POS.
When I have plenty of time I do the POS just to get it over with. It's a great option to not have to do it. 5 Star is the same way. You can do the POS or not.
That should satisfy the ones that like to do them and the ones that don't.
You don't have to do the RNA one either. If you want to, fine! Why do you care if I don't?
