I'd hardly call a call center doing 2 million a year a success. But for some that might be.
 
I would agree with you about relying on FE renewals, I'm a Med Supp guy.

Why aren't recruiters being honest about that?

Those agents will soon find out about bugs, cat piss and other forms of filth. If it bothered you, you could always use higher income filters on the people you allow to call in on your T.V. commercials. :yes:
