Problems with Phase II (Identify Verification)

If it verified your identity leave well enough alone Blue. You have a role right?

I have a copy of what it says saved on the computer, tried to upload it last night and I guess I can only upload a url.

It says add a role or delete a role but next to the that it had ffm marketplace. Oh and when I go to the drop down box it only has two options one is business owner and other is help desk. When I first registered it said FFM agent/broker.

Another question I have a certificate that says individual and shop, but other's at the office have a separate shop certificate and said I had missed two course's. Low and behold I went back in this afternoon and shop and shop exam were added since yesterday but says optional. I would think my one certificate that say's "Individual and Shop" would mean I'm done beside's the other 4 or 5 certificates I have.

If you had not completed the required training you wouldn't have got your ID verified. The other stuff is optional.
Those other role options are available because you already have an agent role my good brother. Now go and get your giddy pants pressed and starched.

What did you earn, BlueDiamond? A Federal Exchange MASTER's DEGREE? How Impressive!

I only got one measly certificate from the MedicareLearningNetwork that says, "Certificate of Completion. Federal Marketplace Training".

Allen, everyone else I know has a minimum of at least 3, some 5 and one person 7, that took two optional courses that showed up after they were completed. If you only have one Allen then they have changed something since Aug 3rd. You get one for each course and exam you complete. Don't know about other carrier's but we have to upload all them pretty soon to our carrier representative.

I think they may very well have changed it, I don't have the one that you have, but I do have all the exams, agreements and one that says "Individual and Shop Market Place Curriculum"

No one in the office can get the second part completed because it won't take their 6 or 7 digit npn, I have told them to call the help desk, but like everyone else get's either a busy signal or placed on hold forever, tried zero's, go in and back out, use google, ie, firefox. Nothing has worked for them.

I only printed out the certificate for "Curriculum Completion". That's the one that our local carriers want sent to them with the Federal ID Number, once it's assigned. Can't get the Curriculum certificate without successfully passing each exam.

Also, I ran into that same problem with the NPN in Part II. Was adding leading zeros to make it 10 digits long as the website requested. Called the help desk and they told me to just enter my 6 digit NPN. Did that and it worked. I don't know why it's not working for your office. And you're right about the Help Desk. After the first week of Part II's availability (ID Verification), they've been totally swamped. Probably with everyone having the same issues. The help desk lady told me during my initial (and only) conversation with them that CMS was aware of several technical issues, but there was no estimate of when they would be resolved. I got the impression that all the programmers were working on projects more important to CMS. (IMO, Navigator and Assistor processes working correctly at the Portal are higher priority than Agent/Broker functions.)

I left off my SSN and it gave me the same you are already in the system error. Then I took removed my middle name since it does not appear on my experian report and got the following message.

We were unable to verify the information you provided. Check your personal information before trying again to register with this system. If you think you have entered the correct information, please contact the Experian Verification Support Services at 1-866-578-5409 and provide the Review Reference Number - (ommitted #). You can continue setting up your account by selecting OK but you will have limited access.

I called the number and they referrred me to the EIDM Help Desk. They are closed until Monday.

These are all of the places I've been referred to so far today:

This is a description of my entire issue:

I've made several attempts to complete the verification process but the system will not let me get through. I've tried using several different browser but I run into the same problem. Below you will see a description of what's going on.
1. I click the button to login to the site.
2. It ask me to acknowledge the privacy terms. I accept and click next.
3. It go goes to the page where I need to enter my user name and pass word. I enter it then click the login
button.
4. Then I click the "Request Access Button"
5. On the next page you choose your application. I choose FFM and then for the "Role" I choose
"Agent/Broker". Then I put in my NPN and my MLN and click next.
6. Then it takes you to the "Identity Verification Page" Here it tells you that it will ask you information based
on you Experian credit report and if you do not have it available to request the report. I requested the
report on the first attempt but not on my other attempts to complete the verification process.
7. Then you are taken to the "Terms and conditions Page" I accepted the terms.
8. Then I was taken back to a page where I had to re-enter my email address, social security number, date
of birth and phone number. All of the other fields were filled out. When I click next it keeps saying that I already exist in the system. It does not begin the Q&A to complete the verification process.

I tried several times with the same result. I can not figure out what else I need to do. Is there a number I can call to complete the process?

PROBLEM UNRESOLVED. To be continued.

Hey Allen you want to hear something really funny? I spoke with an agent that said they had 49 certificates and I said, What the hell are you talking about? Well come to find out they all the courses on the site, navigator, certified assister and ect. Now that was funny. She thought she had to take them all since they were listed there.
