Problems with Phase II (Identify Verification)

Heck I didn't receive one that said I had successfully registered.

You didn't miss much. Even the dullest of morons can determine instantly when a registration is successful! You don't need no frickin e-mail. Especially if that e-mail says absolutely NOTHING. (No Username, Website URL, etc.. nothing.)

I am all knowing. I tried to tell everyone for a month and a half but you all yelled at me. Who's yelling now pitches

Pitches be crazy!!!!!!!

Thanks for finding this Humana document and pointing out the wording, YAgents. I was waiting for a FFM ID to be assigned before sending mine in, but thanks to you, I now see that there was no need to wait. Just faxed the form and certificate to Humana a few minutes ago. Thanks again! -ac

What form do we fax to Humana?

This message is intended for agents and brokers who are registering for the Federally-facilitated Marketplaces (FFM).
We wanted to alert you to two items:

1) Please find attached a new document from CMS: "Operational Tips for Completing Agent/Broker Registration for the Federally-facilitated Marketplaces (FFM)". This document compiles the most frequently asked questions that we have received about the FFM agent broker registration process, and contains many useful tips to help agents and brokers successfully complete the FFM registration process.

2) System Maintenance Alert! For agents and brokers who are completing Part I of registration—the FFM training on the Medicare Learning Network (MLN):
Please be advised that MLN system maintenance will occur on Saturday, September 21 between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM EST. During these hours, you will not be able to login or access the training material for Part I of the FFM registration process. We will endeavor to keep the maintenance time as short as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

We Hear Your FFM Registration Concerns!

We know many of you have been trying to complete Part II of the FFM agent and broker training and can't get in. Others of you have been having trouble confirming that you are registered and still more have been experiencing all kinds of other technical glitches. We hear your concerns and we've been sharing all of them with our friends at CMS! To help respond, they did put out a new slide deck and better instructions about how to complete the training, but as of this time, Part II of the training is just not working for anyone. We have been informed by CMS that their contractor is experiencing technical difficulties and that they hope all problems will be resolved today or early next week. We'll let you know as soon as they have things up and running again! It may not be much consolation, but you may be interested to know that agents and brokers are not the only ones experiencing difficulties with the FFM training and registration process—certified application counselors have been experiencing the same issues. Thank you for your patience!

we all knew timing was the best way to get this done smoothly.....peeps missed the window......

Their "contractors" are experiencing a lot more than technical difficulties.
They can't figure out how to make the subsidies work (apply) in their quote engines.
I'd say they have programming errors & don't understand what they're doing.

But, CMS (MarketPlace) WILL go live on 10/1/13....even if it's full of glitches.

If agents haven't completed Phase II (Identity Verification), do you think that's a priority for their technical "contractors"???

Tried today still no success. Error when trying to do the verification with Experian. Try back after several hours. I'll wait until this weekend.
