Ok, so when you sign into the CMS portal, does everyone show this same status? Supposedly when finished with this Part 2, we should have received an email, and I never did. Did you get a confirmation email from CMS?

Nope YA never received an email and mine says the same thing and if I click on add a role or manage a role I get "Business owner" or FFM help desk, but right next to that on the left it says federal facilitated marketplace, so I would assume I am registered for it.

Still, no one in my office can get through the second part, just won't allow them without 10 digit npn, even though says up to 10. I have tried to help but can't get past that. I may be the only one in our office that can write apps after Oct 1 or mine could be completely wrong.

That's what I see after logging into the Portal, YAgents. Role=FFM. The only e-mail I received related to PartII was notification that I had successfully registered with the CMS Portal. Nothing received after completion of ID Verification.
