I am here in Southern California and I cannot sell this FE product for SQUAT. The only thing I get from my premium leads are LOOKEY LOOS and tire-kickers and those without a nickel to their name who WILL NOT BUY. "OK, can you give me your SSN# here I'm starting to fill in your app" Response: "Forget it. Not interested, Please leave, I don't want this." WTF? Why did you call me in in the first place? What is the DEAL with this? Is this happening only in certain retirement markets? WHO is selling this in California, and how are you doing? Yes I understand you may not want to tell me WHERE you're selling it but is it selling in CA at ALL? WHAT is going on here?

Insurance buyers in Southern California aren't really any different than insurance buyers elsewhere. Sounds like your sales skills need a tune-up. "There are no bad prospects, only bad agents."

Greensky, is this bad humor? This is no joke, I need to know what is going on with this in SOCAL. What do you mean 7 policies were sold in California, according to who? Can somebody give me demographics for this product to be sold please? Does it sell in Arkansas? does it sell in Louisiana? Phoenix I heard is overrun with people selling this product.

It appears your "premium leads" aren't particularly good.

In addition you need someone to help you learn how to sell the product.

Don't know what you mean by Social market? if your talking about mobile home parks and low income neighborhoods then your in the right social market. I sell FE in Central Ca. sell a couple a week cold door knocking. There are FE guys everywhere. Find somebody to right along with for a day

This product is not rocket science. Either they need it or they don't, if you try to push it on them they will just cancel. We're not selling Catalina Island here. You get friendly, mime them, praise their children. establish the CORE values, what else? "Sir, do you want to remembered after you die as somebody who took care of your final business or as somebody who was heartless, selfish and unthinking and stuck the bill on everyone else?" ANYTHING ELSE to motivate them? I don't think so.

In reading some of your other post I have to agree with Rick " It appears your "premium leads" aren't particularly good.

I live in the central valley and sell some in the LA area. It is a better area premium wise.

The product is not hard to understand. The skill set in selling it is what you lack.

Serious question. If the product isn't rocket science, then why aren't you selling it?
