How does the carrier make sure they do the EFT after the SS money goes in the account (on the same day)?

What if the carrier does the EFT at 10am and SS deposits the money at 2pm?

Does the SS money go in first thing in the morning?

The money goes into the account in the wee hours of the morning and the companies withdraw in the wee hours of the same morning. Not sure about the exact timing.
