Starting over...

Wow, if it sounds odd to ask legitimate professional questions in a public forum designed for professional discourse, then color me odd!

If folks want to tap dance around questions, that's fine. The fact remains that none of them were answered!

I was just trying to interject a bit of humor. Relax. And you don't need answers to questions when you've already designated yourself judge, jury and executioner. It doesn't matter what's posted you've already reached your verdict - so all posts on this matter are pointless.

Let me give you the answers you're looking for so we can move on:

Mike's just driven by pure commisson and damned the client. I'm just here to build my team, only tout Assurant so I can become rich and stroke a black cat while sitting behind a mahogany desk. And there you have it. You've busted us Moonlight. Damned....it was almost gonna work too.

Oh...wait, but I'm also a Golden Rule Key broker and have agents under me with them to. So I guess whenever anyone sells the CoPay Saver we should all be flogged.

Mike's appointed under me for Time, as well as many others on this board.

I have no axe to grind. Nobody on this board is appointed for any company under me. I don't "offer" contracts with anyone - and don't tout my "ethical" training.

In the interest of full disclosure and transparency, I have had members of this board retain me for consulting purposes. It's small potatoes.

Let's face it - one of your sub-brokers f*cked up - and it could have potentially dire consequences for the poor client. I have no idea why he did it - I hope it's ignorance - in which case this forum is a good place for him to learn.

I've seen a tendency to want to trivialize threads that don't go a particular person's way, and try to get them to end.

I've also noticed that this thread is by far the most popular on the board by over a two-to-one margin.

So let's hear it from the contributors. Read through the thread. Did I pose legitimate professional questions that were unanswered by throwing up smokescreens?

Should this become someone's personal forum, or should we leave it open to professional discussion and discourse?

No John, you're not getting to decide (that is unless you decide to start deleting posts that are not favorable to you as you have done in the past).

It's open to the others. I'm willing to let them decide.

How 'bout you?

The only posts I've deleted in the past were when threads started to turn negative and everyones negative comments, including mine, were erased. If your sole purpose for continuing this thread is to get more and more negative it'll just be locked. No one minds people stating their postions. The problem is the positions become stated, then restated, then restated, etc....and it just turns into a train wreck. We've seen your positon stated. Mine's been stated and actually Mike's has been stated as well as Somarco's. This board is open to everyone's ideas and suggestions and even rants and bitches. But enough becomes enough. And this thread is approaching that at light speed.

Try this one John. Since Mike seems to have bailed.

Is the Save Right HSA something you would sell your mother?

That is a simple question. Has nothing to do with commissions, healthy discounts, riders, or what other carriers may or may not do in underwriting Mom.

Is the Save Right HSA a product you would have no qualms at all about offering Mom?
