Is anyone interested in sharing privately their comp structure that has worked? I'm in Louisiana. Don't think anyone else is located near here where there would be a conflict or competing for the same people. I hire local. Or even point me in the direction of where I can find some examples that are insurance relevant. Thanks in advance.
