On a brighter note....their efts are still good !

That and the fact they take DE are the only two reasons I keep them in my quiver.

Is anyone writing them? Are they issuing business timely?

Just last week wrote one (electronic app) and was approved in less than 4 days.

Trust me getting reappointed with them should be easy as they are losing agents right and left. I'd call them up (wait for ever) then express that you would like to use them again. Shouldn't be too difficult.

I just got term'd for non production.

Me too.

I used to write them a lot until they made the changes 11-12/2019. Haven't used them since.

Question - how do you handle customer service with them once they terminate you? A three way call is impossible. I just got term'd for non production. I am thinking I may just write myself a small deal for a year. But then what?

I still haven't reached anyone... I feel sorry for the seniors that try to call them. I mean heck, it's the end of the week, and not right after a major holiday. What is their excuse for a 3 hour hold?

Hang in there. Pretty soon you'll be able to fire up the garden tractor and plant potatoes for stress relief. (I never did plant the seeds my wife got for me last spring.)

Can an up line stop a termination with Trans for non production ? There so anal I don’t know . I have 2 #’s with them and every year on 1 # would get a term letter . I had to write one policy and call in the policy # ti stop the term . I have a lot of renewals and didn’t want to mess them up .

If you're vested you shouldn't have any worries about keeping your renewals.
