Trump is so stupid and so lacking in organization skills that he has been elected president of the US twice. Plus, he was able to create a massive fortune before running for office.

He has said numerous times he wants to strengthen Medicare Advantage and Medicare as a whole.

The guy says lots of things. His track record is full of empty promises. Whether that’s a good or bad thing depends on the subject, I suppose. Sometimes he says crazy things just because he says crazy things.

In any case, the man doesn’t care about me and he doesn’t care about you and he doesn’t care about the country. He cares about himself. That’s true about the left as well, but Trump takes it two steps farther. The guy is unable to see past himself.
