You don't need to know, or even understand HTML to use a simple editor like Nvu. Might want to download (free) and give it a spin.

You can always set up a blog also. I've seen several "corporate websites" on blogging platforms. Super easy to maintain and add pages, search engines love them, and they are free. Wordpress, Blogger and Moveable Type are the ones to check out. Wordpress is my personal fav.
