Which Ringcentral Do You Use?

I have the $49 office plan with ringcentral - but I don't have any employees - so it just fwds to my cell phone, and I use the softphone on my computer or Iphone app to make calls using the 800#. I like that it includes incoming and outgoing fax. I tried using their phone system as well and my calls were dropping so i just fwd to my cell and reception is clear.

During our phone issues We went to Ring Central to port our 800 # to. We also bought the Voip phones. Quality was horrible. I may wind up moving the 800 again but for now am just happy I got it back after month and a half.

We have the toll free forwarded to our office phone. We are now looking to move from the Office plan to the Mobile plan. What are you other Ring Central users using? And why one over the other?

Thanks, Lee

I wish I had never went to Ring Central. If you are a one man show it seems like all the extra taxes you pay negate any service savings.I ported my 800 number over to Ring Central as part of a bundle when I was trying out their fax services but soon reailized I was better off for faxing just adding adding a voip line to my comcast cable for 25.00 month as a dedicated fax line .It's cheaper and I don't have to scan first for outgoing fax.
Now I just have my 800 number forwarding to my cell at ring central and I pay 40.00 a month for about 20 minutes a month usage( half of it is taxes).Any good suggestions of a cheaper place to park my 800 number where it can forwarded to my cell phone.Like I said I only have about 20-30 minutes a months of incoming usage but I don't want to give up this 800 number I have had for almost 20 years

I see mixed feelings with this thread. Here is my issue we are moving offices and yesterday Comcast comes in and advised they cannot install our phone lines. The system in place now is complex and a specialist may take up to two weeks.

I wrote an email already with a formal complaint to file to Comcast in hopes to expedite this. Now my question on ring central I am also looking to utilize a service that I can have multiple producers in different locations if I choose to do so. I would be needing 4-5 lines and a fax line. Can you port existing local numbers? How much does the fax end up costing you? Would any of you recommend ring central?

Also when it comes to the actual phone units can you use any or are there specific models? What was your average cost per phone? Any recommended model #s?

This phone issue has become a horrible experience any feedback would be much appreciated.

I had to can ring central. A few of my carriers were not receiving my faxes properly. It was weird. After two years of scrambling, I switched. I use Google voice for my phone- can't beat free.
