ACA Express -vs- HealthSherpa

I want to move all of my pending Sherpa apps to ACA Express and enrolled one a few hours ago as a test. Still pending, just like the Sherpa enrollments. I'm concerned but not panicking yet.

Still getting used to the new terminology that ACA Express uses. One just approved as a Silver "Plan Variant 4". What is this, in insurance agent terminology?
Age 60 @ $27,000 is not CSR eligible I don't think. Hope HC.gov doesn't come back for blood with some of these.
Wish I could get into ACAexpress. Cannot seem to log into my old account. Password reset won't work. Keep getting this error
"Login error. Cannot login to another organization's website. Please confirm that you are at your consumer website and try again"
Have emailed Kenny, but sure he is slammed. Anyone have any experience with that error?

sign up for a new account under a different email address, you will be up and running within 10 minutes
That is 229% FPL for individual. CSR is available up to 250% FPL.

Excellent! But that means HealthSherpa was mistaken in not granting the CSR! How many others did this affect since November 1st. sh$t!!

COMPLETED! Was stuck due to mismatch in FFM ID/FFM Password at ACAExpress versus what CMS had for you. ONce I updated it the app processed in approx 35 seconds
