well the only down side is pulling letters,,,,so far the back boor is shut and can not get in to download clients letters.......

well, here we sit watching the screen. enrollmyself and acaexpress are sitting in pending. Of course sherpa bailed out. spanish isn't working. not a chance in the world I'm going to 3-way with hc.gov. looks like I'm about to watch the tv screen and fight this battle in the morning
nothing like fielding agent calls all open enrollment to teach each WBE system available for them all to be stuck in pending... hc.gov for me next year!
