An Interview with JD Easy

Thanks for taking the time to post the interview. I always like to see / hear how other agents handle this business. I'm leaning more and more towards going indy and this gives me some more insight on how things will work out.
Thanks again!

nothing I do is original

There is very little any of us do that is really original. Every once in a while I will say something different and it works so I decide to use it again.

At least until it doesn't work and then I go looking for something else to say.

Phillip Hudgens at NAA

OMG. Haven't heard that name in years.

Now I will have nightmares.

I don't know where it came from. I have never claimed it to be mine. In fact, nothing I do is original and has come from bits and pieces from many mentors over the years.

I believe i first got the "4 questions" from Phillip Hudgens at NAA. Might have been someone else?

I have seen it used at other places. So, if there was implication that it was my creation please understand that is not the case.

That is classic John Savage and it is what Rick at TPG teaches. As it is said "there is nothing new under the sun". It is simple, it is effective, and it makes sense.

No matter what one thinks of the NAA system or any of their BS, Phillip Hudgens is one hell of an insurance salesman.

He helped me tremendously. We had an instant bond because he was also a tire builder for the same company that I worked for and he was also a union rep at that that plant.

He hasn't sold a policy in many, many years now but when he did he was fantastic at it.

I just added an audio interview to my website that I recorded yesterday with JD Easy. He gives a LOT of detail of what makes him successful in FE sales. This is as raw as it gets. Don't expect a Steven Spielberg production here but I think there is some interesting info.

The file was too large so I had to cut it in half. The first half is available to listen to now. The 2nd half should be on there later this weekend. Let me know what you think.

Big Thanks JD--Much Accolades!;)

Don't forget the mouth full of beef jerky!

I have not listened to it yet, but plan to. However, it amazes me that someone would find it necessarily to take a shot at JD for helping to provide something of value with no gain. Newby is recruiting, so it could be argued that he will gain from it. But assuming that his website is open to anyone what is FD's problem?

...but I feel fairly certain that it would work in NY, NJ. where I'm most familiar with.
The system might work, I was talking more about JD's style. Not sure it would be as effective in NY/NJ as it is in his 'hood.

You obviously are going to get a little different vibe in NY/NJ. Little Carmine Lupertazzi comes to mind...
