I'll have to buy that after I get rid of the 25 pounds I've got left. LOLI didn't want to waste the bananas, and no way on cutting out beer completely, but I am drinking less. I have low sodium bacon.
It sounds silly that the Bacon Diet works, but the proof is in the pudding. Great job, keep it up.Down 5.5 lbs in 5 days. Interesting I am not doing anymore cardio then usual, (walking dog) I have done some push up's and dumbbell curls that is it.

Dont knock it 'til you try it Todd. Give the Bacon Diet a try.You guys could do about the same by just cutting out your carbs and it would be much better for you. Not saying it would be tastier, just better for you.
The so called "Alabama Cardiac Diet" works too, but once you go back to eating the same old things you used to eat you will gain it all back.
People don't get overweight overnight, but they sure want to lose all those pounds overnight. It would be great if it actually worked that way, but sadly it doesn't work long term.

One side effect though, is I'm starting to oink. Oink oink.
There is beef bacon in addition to turkey. Both are horrible, but I guess if you're not going to eat the swine it is better than nothing.
Totally understand that, it's just an easy jump start, the Atkins diet allows for carbs right away obviously minimal, this though is bacon onlyAll your all are doing is the Atkins diet. It is proven to work but is not sustainable long term, eventually you will need to introduce some carbs back to your diet, carbs not in the form of chips, pretzel, ice cream, beer, or anything else that is good!
