At FEX I agree few recruit . That’s a very very tiny part of fe . At Efes almost all top producers get into recruiting . FFL,senior select , American senior benefit , tag, naa, symmetry , LH ,SL , Nasb, 360 and 100 more recruit

I'm not talking about just FEX. Very few of the people you are talking about are top producers. And never have been.

I left NAA because they were pushing me to recruit. But there was a lot of producers that didn't recruit. Some to this day. And I left NAA 16 years ago.
