E-64 Lead Quality Question

On the advice of my A-list pals out in Hollywood, I'm sticking with my old Rugby flip phone. They tell me the papparazi, etc. can't hack them. Yeah, that's the ticket! That's why I keep it.:1wink: Can't text for **** on it though.:err:
 
I'm just getting around to reading this.

Something the average reader doesn't get us that SpurCity, Gooner, JG and I have been texting each other all day away from the forum.

No I'm pretty sure the average reader gets it. Just a bunch a good ole southern fe folk pretending to raise hell while hugging and smooching.
 
So, about those E-64s.... :)

In our first full Calendar year selling FE, the wife and I got about a 1.6% return with the E64. This was the ONLY lead that we used during that time.

For the first 8 months we door knocked all of em, and I managed to average around $14,000 a month in AP off of that system. Eventually we started calling, then the activity level went up and so did the monthly AP.

Today, I prefer a lead that mentions Life Insurance on it. We still get a lot of folks looking for something for free, and we still sell a lot of those type of folks anyway once we find the need and create interest during the presentation.

Let me put in my 2 cents, the reality is the top people, are good salespeople, they know how to connect with a prospect, and gain their trust fast,

it dosent matter how they present 3 questions 8 questions.....they don't need warm off or cool off, they can be on and out of house with sale, I spend bet. 20-30 min. With sale.

For the people starting out. Or for those that don't have that natural salesmanship, they need to rely on a structured presentation.
