He started texting me at 7:30am. By 8am, he was saying super scary stuff he wanted to do to me, and sending me pictures of himself and his "artwork". I called the Oregon City police at 8:15am. At 8:45am, an Oregon City police officer called me and told me it was best I not meet this man, that he was dangerous and had a record.

Reason for Lead Refund: the police recommended I not contact this prospect.

Classic.

Make sure each of your appointments are booked.

Share your route with a loved one or close friend at the beginning of the work week or work day.

In the first few minutes of an appointment make it clear that you just told a friend you are stopping by to see them (the prospect) and that they (your friend) will have to wait for you to call them after your meeting with the prospect.

I might also add you might want to place a tracking app on your phone that others can follow you through out the day.

I’m a man and I do some of those things. I give my wife a list of people I expect to see each day with addresses. But I also do some cold knocks in between calls that won’t be on the list, so she can also track both my phone and iPad with the “Find My Friends” app.

Ironically, the biggest nutjob I've encountered to date so far was a mentally ill DSNP prospect from Reading, PA. Tossed me out of her dump apartment into the street when she didn't qualify for a plan as she was only a partial Dual. Threatened to sic her dog on me, a neighbor outside sweeping the sidewalk called the cops as she was yelling so bad, etc.

I pre-screen all potential "Duals" now before going to see them. Got tired of being asked about opiods, ramblings about government conspiracies, etc.

Yes, I literally keep my wife caged most of the day, only letting her out to change diapers and cook my meals.

From my years of experience and being in thousands of homes in final expense, having the person I love most walk into these sometimes filthy places with questionable people would worry me enough that I would do everything in my power to convince her to do something otherwise.

I've seen drug deals take place right in front of me, numerous deviants displaying naked women and porn, my life being threatened, working in gang-infested neighborhoods where people are shot daily, and working with people abusing opioids and meth...

...You would let the person you love most around this without a fight?
