Just for kicks, since this is not the first time someone has complained about securus not following up with them. In mid January I contacted securus via their website, and the end of last month they finally called me....

Hey Ruin007, I just wanted you to know that Efes is a great place to be. I'm really not sure why you are having such a hard time getting in contact with Travis. As Efes usually passes them over directly to the RD that they are closest to, so that they can discuss commissions and renewals and really to answer any other questions that the agent may have. Maybe you should try to reach out to Scott one more time before you make any decisions. And really let him know your concerns.
