Leads Per Week

That's a flat out lie.

I simply asked who Peter Walker was on this forum after I listened to your interview you shared with us.

In fact, he points out on the very interview you conducted with him about this type of negativity that agents like you bring to the forum.

What a coincidence ?

Lol

LOL, you are a hoot and not really blessed with common sense. I am not going to divulge who is who unless I have permission. Agents like you are who brings negativity to the forum. Let me ask you "Noah"....do you:

1. Sell anything?
2. Ask any questions worth answering?
3. Provide any value whatsoever here?
4. Do anything other than try to start rumors?
5. Feel the need to constantly piss people off?

I think you should re evaluate your emotions here. I sense a "millennial" with a "just me" attitude that never does anything. Hows that for negative. Some people call that negative but its the "truth"....losers and weak minded people consider the truth negativity.

What Peter was referring to was ignorance cloaked in knowledge and bashing anyone with a new idea. New ideas are what makes the world go round and Im all for them, just growing tired of the lack of common sense with some.

Well, RGI is who I've been getting leads through. Just not in a weekly fashion. More of a "lets order this" then 5+ weeks later (or longer..) it shows up. I was told by my upline that they have not had consistent results with RGI providing enough leads per week. Maybe they didn't set it up effectively. I've been lurking on here for over a year now seeing other agents swearing up and down by fresh weekly work with RGI obviously mentioned more than once. Is financed the right word? I'm not paying interest on them or something wacky. I pay for them out of my commissions. Debt repay is taken as a % out. Either way, when I first started doing this, my first lead order ended up with something like 500+ DM Cards, which I didn't work effectively nor could I afford to pay for that outright which really put me behind. Well, at 25 leads a week of fresh work I'm sure I would cover that cost in new business. Writing business hasn't been an issue when I have work. Aside from when I first started. I've had to play catch up once or twice on chargebacks as well due to lack of work.
Sounds like you are on the United Heritage Lead finance program under Rick Braun. Run away

Zack,

I would suggest that you look for an agency with a "fixed" lead program and restart from there. FEX and 360 among others are great places to start. You pick your areas and they will provide you with a set number of leads week in and week out. You only pay for the actual leads that you get in hand once the initial mails have been completed (about 4 to 5 weeks)...no BS, no funny stuff. More importantly, they will most likely be able to offer you better contracts and training than where you currently find yourself (just guessing, I may be wrong.)

I agree with what others have said on this thread, you don't want to get upside down (owing others money) for your leads. You're better off budgeting your business and growing accordingly. Most fixed lead programs have a 20 lead per week commitment and that should be more than enough to get you going. I personally feel that a full time agent should be looking at 30 leads a week to stay busy; obviously some guys can get more sales out of 20 than others.

Feel free to contact any of these guys directly if you have questions. They will give it to you straight...you might not like it, but it will be the truth.

Cheers!

Negative.

Read this thread and although it's years old and no one may see this unless they stumble across the thread by accident wanted to point out that success in most any field requires hard work. A 40 hour work week is really the bare minimum. In this day of the 4 hour work week the fact of the matter success does have a price. One can work hard AND be present for family.

I will agree with you, and add, that after buying consistent leads for the last 3 months, my field hours have become much more effective and lucrative.

The key is always be finding your self in front of prospects.
