Again rouse... don't follow this turds investigation process. There are 2. Millenial is a manager and right hand of Herrera. The lady agent who came on here complaining about him is the ONLY agent ever to have something bad to say about him. She is on the warpath on social media. She even made a comment about him on one of my YouTube videos.

This Rearend person is obviously a newbie struggling in the biz. Talks with this person and that person. I think if a call center "walked out" on me, it would talked about waaaay more than this turds comments on here. It's been so refreshing staying away from this nonsense on here. I can't get sucked back in. It's so negative. See he can try and say and do what he wants. The great thing about telesales, my way at least, is I don't need to hire every dickhead agent that wants to sit on their fat ass and think they can take a few calls a day and make it. Nope. It is hard work. But when you master it, you can work 3 days a week, like a do, and still make a good living. I am so damn good at what I do personally, I even lowered my advances and all my MWL and GI cases I am paid as earned. This *** probably is checking his commission statements 30 times a day hoping he can pay his rent this week. Yet, he can talk big talk. He's a bitch. Like I said. I hire maybe 1 in 15 agents I talked to. Some, I don't even return their call based on how they sounded on the voicemail. Maybe this person is one of those and is butt hurt. LOL


No warpath here.
Just an honest review from a former agent who was given a bogus contract and for lack of a better phrase "taken advantage of"

At the end of the day there are some marketers still trying to make final expense work over the phone (they tend to be small minded, revert to lies, and drag others wife and kids into an argument, like a coward), and then there are others who are actually doing it, and doing it well.

In the Final Expense Telesales game, there are only two or three large IMO's that actually know what they are doing. The rest are shutting down their call centers, filing for personal bankruptcy, or getting their contracts cut by carriers for low quality.
