JD, pertaining to the bold above, surely you remember from your LH days they used a formula that was no way similar.

I for one have said I have very little interest in posting any pers. % unless I'm using the same formula as the requester (Matt)'s co. uses.

At LH they figured persistancy the same way everyonhe else does. Thjey might use different numbers for marketing purposes but for the agents and expected persistancy it is the percentage of policies still on the books that were written in the 13th prior month.

They did have a 7 month persistancy that was figured the same way.

It's an industry standard and that's waht anyone is asking about whjen they ask.

Oh yea? What was their name? I've actually contracted 5 new agents for Aug. so far, turned down about 7 or so.

I did lose one agent, had 2 weeks experience via tele-sales, ave. $1500 per week on free, 2 yr. old leads. Great on the phone but she quit so she could go ride with her truck driver boyfriend and she said the script was reminding her of her deceased sister. God bless her.

How would you know how LH used to figure their 13 month persistancy? You've only been there 2 months since you were fired or quit SL.

Nor did I say LH posted anything. They are too secretive to post anything. They don't even want their rates on FexQuotes nor does SL.
