Senior Life

Intimidated? Oh dear God! Are you that ignorant? I don't have to make them look bad, they do it all by themselves (and a little help from you I suppose).

You're correct though, I've never written them. Have I seen the app, underwriting, and prices? Yes I have. You see, I'm smart enough to look at all of that and realize that they are not a company that I would ever present to my clients. You see Greg, I actually care about my clients whereas you obviously don't because you sell them this POS company without even bothering to look for other options.

Since you know there are better options and yet you still prefer to ONLY sell them, then that says a lot about you as a person and an agent. And then there is the fact that you keep trying to justify them even though it's clear there are many companies that would be better for your clients. That's what gets me....such a blind agent and refuses to see. So, at this point Greg, is it still ignorance on your part or are you just plain stupid?
Todd, are you saying everyone who, captive or not, chooses to represent one company does not care about their clients?

When they sell a company whose rates are not competitive unless you sell there super duper plan (which few qualify for) and they know there are better companies out there as a whole for their clients, then yes, I would say that.

Todd you are entitled to your opinion, we all have one (or more). But, you are side stepping the issue I made above. You act almost as if you are afraid some of your agents are going to leave you! Then your commission goes down again because you're still not meeting production requirements. What was that old song..."Don't worry....be happy"?

I don't know why you always want to arm wrestle me. You know you can't win....lol.

LOL..... you are sadly mistaken (again). I know you very bitter towards me because I would not contract you to be on my team.

Not sure how I'm mistaken. Here's the commission grid you sent. Attached and clearly shows 20% deduction if not selling legacy assurance.

Not bitter at all as already recontracted. I'm not the one calling names and being angry like you Gregory...

Todd you can go with the cheaper rate carriers. We all know the cheaper rate carriers have stricter underwriting, more head aches for agents, and exiting the industry, etc.

I prefer to go with the carrier that pays me the best. That's the only reason I'm in the FE arena is to make $$$. This is a simple but challenging profession. If I wanted to hand out candy canes and donate my time to the FE crowd I would be working at a food bank or some other place that gives hand outs.

PS: SL (except super-preferred) may not have the cheapest rates because they incur more risk than most other carriers.....SL does not do MIB's nor APS's. If they had those extra hurdles for agents to jump over of course they could lower their rates.

But Matt you are lying again....lol. I NEVER sent you that commission grid the other week. We only had a phone conversation and a few text messages. Remember, I didn't want to be associated with you because of the drama that surrounds you.

But if you're happy that's all that really matters. Happy for you!

I'm sorry, what issue am I side-stepping? If I wanted an SL contract it certainly wouldn't be with you!

As for my agents leaving me, they are all over this board and have been for years. Not one has ever picked up a contract with you and probably never one with SL period. My agents tend to be a little smarter than you.

YOu're lying again. You said that's the highest contract you could offer and it's a good contract for people with low production.

And there was no drama surrounding me. You're lying again.

Only drama was with a partner of mine who was contracted with your upline Craig and Rob Elsberry. THey were involved in a fictitious debit balance scam, trying to defraud an individual of over $2600.

AFter ignoring numerous messages, the Elsberry clan finally confirmed it was a fake debit balance recovery effort. But it took them over 30 days to reply. Who would want to work with uplines like that?

Talk about your blanket statements! "We all know the cheaper rate carriers have stricter underwriting, more head aches for agents, and exiting the industry, etc."

You really should stop while you're ahead. The more you make statements like this the more and more you prove my point.

Pays you best? What a frickin' joke! You really don't get it do you? I'm so sorry. All of this time I've been arguing with someone who doesn't have the capacity to understand at all. :nah:

This commission grid is quite a bit different from the one I received.. The thing more that the raise on the prefereds and the cut on the standard is the renewal commissions.. They really butchered them. Looks like the cut them 50%+ almost across the board.
