When Bontell was at our conference 3 or 4 years ago he made it clear they didn't want the insulin users. "Put them somewhere else". They were considering the DE card and had put it on their app but then decided they didn't want those. "Put those somewhere else". That went on and on about the difficult cases.

But then he wanted the cherry picked business. He couldn't understand why agents wouldn't chose settlers for the cream of the crop instead of giving that business to the company that helped you with your hard cases.

Just completely clueless about the business. But thought he knew more than every agent there.

Nothing beats bontellivision for pure comedy. He is so earnest about it and that's why it's so funny. He actually believes his own stories.

They will let the person with POA do the interview. No POA, no deal. Doesn't matter if it's their parent. If the parent is not also their POA then business prevention kicks in.

And for the overweight, the settlers agent guide says to not put obese people with them.

settlers didn't make themselves into a niche company. They have always been a niche company. They just got worse at it.
