Me and Eric are 50/50 partners and have the same levels. (To be transparent, some of my levels we have not taken the time to move, but all of the money flows to the same place, so not a big rush.)

Not really trying to get into all of my business setup on here, I just wanted to clarify that I was no under Ryan, although I would go under him in a heart beat if I ever needed to. He is one of the best guys you will meet. He does not pull any punches and does not sugar coat anything.

No I was just curious from a business standpoint, are you compensated directly by the carriers or does the company collect the overrides and then you pay yourself through the company?

This really is none of my business and I'm not trying to troll you. One day, I'd like to build a strong team and have a company like you do. My goal is after my foot heals is to sell like hell for 5 years and save as much money as I can then make a transition into starting my own Imo.

If you and your partner are at the same contract level and you are paid by the carrier, wouldn't that make you competitors? Sure, you could use each others production for higher contracts, but other than that what does Eric benefit from your work and vice versa? Again, if that is a secret or you don't fee comfortable just say that and I won't ask again.

Maybe I misunderstood Eric when he was talking to me about it, but when it boils down to it, doesn't Eric get 50% of what you generate, but at the same time you don't get 50% of what EFES generates? I just can't see Eric giving away 50% or what he had berore you partnered up with him.
