We need a Baltimore Life contract for Tele-Sales. . .

Regardless of what is good business practice, and what the carriers "demand" an IMO pay indy agents, it does not deter the fact that there are agents with high contracts that dont have the production to warrant it (according to the carrier).

As much as anyone wants to deny it, I live in the real world and know what is happening. This theoretical conversation of how agents arent getting these high contracts is a farce designed to deter agents from shopping their contracts.

If companies didn't have requirements, then the first guy with a 150% would just offer every agent in the world a 149% and won the market.

But I know with 100% certainty that rules can be broken on levels. Some companies it is harder with. But Todd, your 120% trans is false. Depends on your number. MLSR (Monumental) is tougher to get 120 but the KK numbers (Transamerica) becomes tough for 125%.

Also an IMO that does a ton with a company definitely has more pull. I know companies I can call to pretty much get anything done that I want.

But again, many "IMOs" on here do 500k-1mil per year, so there isn't much pull.

So - now that another thread is derailed by the Zoo . . .

How friendly is BL these days for Tele-Sales?

Process seamless?

Are you on efes' payroll? I assume not.

I read in another thread you are on the same level as Ryan? My guess is Ryan probably makes a tiny % off of you or maybe just a couple of points on the back end?

Am I wrong about this?

100% wrong. Ryan has worked with EFES for years, but isn't an up line. I am partnered with Eric (owner) and have the same levels as him.

And I would be one paying payroll, not receiving payroll.

The man! Haha!

Sorry man, wasn't sure of the set up. Thanks for clarifying.

So do you make money when Eric or one of his agents close a deal and vice versa?0
