We need a Baltimore Life contract for Tele-Sales. . .

Until the carrier does an audit, finds that there is an agent at a level they don't deserve. Then your agent gets a letter saying here's your new level, please sign the agreement. If you don't they terminate you. lol.

Most carriers can't even figure out how to draft correctly. I'm sure what you've outlined may happen, but with limited carriers.

I'm sure what he meant was the agent getting the high commission will be fine until some slime ball FMO, IMO or weasel agent finds out what he is making and does not like it so they go crying to the insurance company to try to screw the guy up. That is what he meant by "audit" I bet.

What you guys are talking about absolutely exists. Getting a contract over street with no production is possible.

I know this bc I've done it. And not to stir the pot but you will probably have to look outside this forum for it to happen.

Todd, act like an agent call around and you'll see what goes on and how generous some IMO s are.

You will be hard pressed to find an IMO that offers a lead program, competitive comp and support outside this forum though.

I talk to agents everyday. Sure you can get higher. Higher than street. But those guys are just contract whores with a 1000 brokers. Very few offer any support or training.

Nothing wrong with that, but there's gonna be very few Indy agents willing to drop 2000+ pieces of mail every week of their own accord. And without people to see, they will consistently write a grand or two a week.

Not to be argumentative, but the marketplace offers just about the same thing as this forum. There is nothing special here other than IMO's being held accountable, and everyone releasing.

Other than that, there are a number of IMO's that offer leads, high comp, and support who are not represented on this forum.

Name some..

Without giving it much thought, YIG, TAG, and One Life come to mind.

YIG offers little to no training and support. You pretty much have to write trans and moo only. Won't release.

TAG? Give me a break. Low contracts with free $5 Walmart gift card leads. Travel all over the state and you assign your commissions to your upline.

One life. You mean Parker and Associates. You know why they changed their name right? They're as shady as they come. No lead program. You have to drop mail per 1000. Some good managers, but few and far in between.

Just brought on someone that was about to go with One Life. 50% contract and free year old leads. Oh and you guessed it, no releases.

They're pretty much identical to NAA.

Who else you got?

Well I did say I didn't give it much thought, and I can't confirm or deny your allegations, all I know of them is based on third party information.

I can confirm however that all three entities have released agents to me.
