We need a Baltimore Life contract for Tele-Sales. . .

YIG offers little to no training and support. You pretty much have to write trans and moo only. Won't release.

TAG? Give me a break. Low contracts with free $5 Walmart gift card leads. Travel all over the state and you assign your commissions to your upline.

One life. You mean Parker and Associates. You know why they changed their name right? They're as shady as they come. No lead program. You have to drop mail per 1000. Some good managers, but few and far in between.

Just brought on someone that was about to go with One Life. 50% contract and free year old leads. Oh and you guessed it, no releases.

They're pretty much identical to NAA.

Who else you got?

Just like you are under efes, find some recruiters under one life and they give higher than street commissions.

Also based on your response you may not know, but lots of reputable imos go through one life for their contracts. So say what you want about the parkers, truth is most of you give them business without even realizing it.

Actually that's true for all three of the agencies I mentioned.

Good observation.

Really, I could see them maybe having questionable leads and a little lower comp I'm sure, but the training vids and materials are the best I've ever seen from an imo. They have a complete turnkey system with lots of happy agents. (I think I remember even newby acknowledging that.)

Look we all know who's at the top (there's only a few top level IMO contracts for a number of the carriers). That doesn't change the conversation we are having for Joe Average agent getting into the biz.

Questionable leads? Like selling me 2 year old leads as fresh?

I always thought their comp was good.

They're def the best of the 3 mentioned.

I have several 120%+ deals with One Life . . . Just moved my LBL to them.

The point was and still is there are companies out there that give agents higher than street. Though your point may be true in terms of lack of training or not as supportive with leads - higher contracts do exist and though I can't prove it, I'd be willing to bet the carriers don't mind when certain IMOs do that.

What

Unless an agent was really tight on money what difference would it make that you don't get paid until the client pays? In fact, that is the best way as it eliminates some charge backs.
I went as earned way back yonder. LOL!! I have VERY FEW CB's
