So are there any other agents out there that has AmAm contract with EFES and that was just informed their writing numbers are terminated?

Rather aggitated that I was not informed of this till now after I have been quoting people and "just" got my # a month ago.

Waiting to get phone call from my Reg. Manager to explain whats going on, but since haven't heard from him yet figured Id make a post.

Sure hope they aren't planning on terminating their contracts with my other companies I have with them also!

They said on the call that Am Am couldnt come to terms with some of the things they were wanting, and EFES wasnt willing to come to terms on some of the things Am Am was wanting so they decided to sever ties.....Im no psychic but Im guessing EFES wanted more commission and Am Am wasnt willing to..? Just a guess tho.

I don't have any experience with them yet (AmAm) why do you say could be the best thing?

JMO, the last two companies to get deep into bed with EFES had their products blow up on them. Based on what I remember being posted here, at one time Foresters was the flavor of the month. Then it went to RNA. Both had to alter the product to protect the company.

I was told by someone at RNA they were having trouble with mortality and lapses. I have to assume Foresters had similar problems. No guarantee that EFES was the cause, but certainly interesting timing.

May have been the best thing to ever happen to AmAm...

I would say the opposite. Best thing EFES has done in years is to cut ties with those losers.

That's ridiculus. Foresters was a sinking ship long before they hooked up with EFES. I tried to tell EFES to not bother with Foresters but they saw too much green.

And if EFES was the problem with RNA why did RNA just other IMO commissions more then they did with EFES?

I 100% agree! Good Riddance! Ryan Caras I hope you remember me telling you 5 years ago they were a horrible company and treated agents poorly. Cocky, Arrogant, and Ignorant would be an appropriate summary.... IMO :)

Exactly what I expect to hear from a RNA man. Foresters has done nothing but grow.

All FE agents know AmAm has no discernible niche -- pricing is higher than average, underwriting is tighter than average -- thus no reason to use them in large volume.

They are a plain-Jane, boring final expense product.

And that one Agent Support lady over there is a real snob.

PS: AmAm recently terminated Securus, as well...
