I'd also nominate Matt Mungia who goes by @SPUR CITY here on the forum. I've been with him for going on two years. Great group of agents, weekly training calls, active Group Me for in the field help, flies people in to train you up on Medicare ... and he himself was a big producer, writing over $500K at least one year on his own pen.
