Jose, I like you, brother, but there is a much better way for you to accomplish your goals here. If you were to come here regularly, participate peaceably, offer valuable content that we both know you are capable of offering, people will beat a path to your door. This competitive, "put up your FE dukes" approach is going to go nowhere for you, imo.

Look at the examples of David Duford (@Rearden ) and Doug Massi (@Agentguy5) over the last three or four years here. They both built excellent youtube channels with a lot of useful content, especially for new agents. Both would post links to those videos here, and both were able to get to the point where they had so many agents calling them, they would refuse some of them ... I know, because I really wanted to join Doug when I was looking to go full time, and he wouldn't take me. It went something like this:

Me: "Hey Doug, I'd like to join your agency."

I agree with both your first and second paragraph. However, they do not go together. Kinda like phone sale, internet FE are a failed business model.

It doesn't behoove me to "bash" anything about you.

All I know is that you showed up here in this community a few months ago out of nowhere along with your Coffee is for Closers crew.

I don't know if it's coincidence or not but it seemed to time perfectly with the disappearance of everyone from your organization (FEX) due to whatever legal affairs were going on there (right or wrong).

Additionally, FEX used to "bash" anyone here for recruiting but then you arrive as their new poster child recruiting away. I don't know if you are the only one from FEX that's allowed to recruit now or if what's good for the goose is good for the gander finally holds true over there.

That's probably why many in here are very skeptical when you post.
