If Money or Family Was No Issue...

That map was helpful to me.

I do not buy into the whole x state is bad for FE sale thing. However, there are probably some areas that may be better than others.I am good enough to sale anywhere. That and I have a car, a phone and the US mail service.

Per the map I see one area in California I happen to have a lot of orphan accounts in is teaming with seniors. That, the climate and the wine trail makes it a prime area for me.

Thanks

And to be clear, a higher concentration of seniors does not indicate 'better' , rather more an indication of close proximity which translates to more opportunity for presentations.
The people are the same...granted however, I dont believe this map captures the income levels <$50k income

I do not necessarily want only under $50k. The country I am looking at median income is over $50k. The orphans I have are mostly Pre Need. And they have great wine:yes:

I suppose there's a fine line between "contributing" vs "giving such a big rambling post that it makes everyone sick to death of talking about it"...

here's to wishing a mod would take my post and all the other race posts out of here and into someplace else...it's all 100% off topic and mine was 1000% off topic. I suppose that didn't work out too well...

On Google Maps, I'm looking at a police station 5 blocks away from that Arbys, not 1 block...it's even on the other side of Peachtree St.

You have to imagine, 60+ year old woman, manager of the store, last one to leave at night...I checked google to see their closing times, but instead came up with the following:

Google User Reviews, Arbys on Spring St ATL
"Really unsafe location"
"They had the worst service ... It was a mess .. food was cold ..and very ghetto"

That said, I can't argue with your stance on CWI (commenting while ignorant).
;)

I don't have to google because I have a honey hole down there.

Perspective is everything, if a person isn't used to being around poor black/white people then a person might say it's ghetto/trailer trash.

I love those areas and the clients, cool, down to earth, very direct people. I was always taught-Scared money don't make no money. Like any other major city, a person just has to be street smart.
Don't get me wrong, the areas are full of sharks but 95% of people are kind and just trying to get by.

Go experience it for yourself, hand out some business cards, spark a conversation, then give us your feedback.

I agree. Some of my nicest and most loyal clients come from those type areas. I get referrals several times a week from"those" people. While not my big AP clients one client thread can easily top $500 a month in premium. And by "those" people I am talking about water biscuits and gravy Whites, I am Blessed Blacks, Jesus on the wall Mexicans or leave your shoes outside with the flip flops Asians. Mutual respect.

My englich ain't to good.

Water biscuits and water gravy goes back to my Arkie ex-mother in law. Down home folk. You could say you had nothing to make for dinner and if she found some flour and maybe a little bacon grease she could whip up a feast. No milk for biscuits? Use water.

Man that woman could cook. Rhubarb Pie, Yum! Collards, Yum. Frog legs, yum. Bacon and beans over corn bread, Yum yum yum.
