Leads from Lead Connections...?

Update on last lead order. Dropped 20 @ $30 each. 3 sales so far... $1908 AP, currently only aware of 3 dud's. 14 more to contact, plus referrals.

Obviously I want to make sure I am investing properly (time and resources) but I know there are new agents that want to know what the possibilities are.

I hope to update as time goes on. Happy with Lead Connections to this point. Chris is creating opportunities for me.

Quick question... per lead, what would you say should be the conversion to a sale ratio?

Chris is a good guy. A 25% or higher close ratio is great numbers. That would be 5-7 apps per 20 leads.

25% is great. I linger around that if you take about 4 weeks of time with working the leads. Getting a hold of people just seems to get more difficult over time.

Thanks for the input guys. I'll be keeping a close eye to make sure I work to hit 25% or better. I'm also a d2d guy, so I've been picking up sales by running the "T".

BTW, looking for one of my lead card prospects, I ran into 3 men outside his apartment building complex (locked doors). One man knew the lead prospect and said he had taken off somewhere and wasn't home. That's OK, told them what I did, asked if they owned life coverage, and picked out the best prospect of the 3. Singed him up today.

Yeah, I know that's high. But my first lead drop of 1000 was running about $39.50 per lead that I received. The last drop was a guaranteed 20 leads.

Any suggestions... new territory for me, but I can learn quick.
