Why don't you have any videos with a successful broker agent ? So far I have only seen the in house agents in your videos. Sounds like a unicorn to me.

As for what Ramiz is posting about $8 DNQ leads on the PPG side. That is true but not PUBLIC info yet. Stay tuned, it's coming!

Not yet but we will.

Semi- captive? That's debatable
I would say it is a fair statement in that we requirer agents using our leads to place all their final expense business with us. We don't require them to place their term or Medicare business with us we're definitely not captive in that way. gentle this is just like any other agent on a fixed cost that you program with another IMO selling face to face.

We have some agents that have contracts with us that use compliant lead sources and only use one or two companies with us and have contracts with other agency's. You're perfectly fine with this because we know where the leads are coming from and we are not providing training to them they just needed a place to hang a contract.

So semi captive I would say not agents that place a hundred percent of their business with us, I would say you could call them to my captive but they choose that

I could be wrong but I doubt SL will ever make great inroads with the independents as long as they maintain their charge back and renewal forfeiture provisions in their contract.

Only one who don't ask questions and do their home work.

Probably has a list of approved vendors, or the agent has hid\her own TPCA ID and is therefore responsible legally to use a TPCA compliant list of cold calling for him- or herself,

I think the method was that an agent can be audited if asked. The agent would then show where say an internet lead was generated, the landing page, excel file, etc.

This is pretty accurate and I remember you now.
Our concern is that agents will be 1. Flat out Criminals, 2. Ingnorant and not realize they are not compliant they Want to do the right thing and be misled Jack Smith from Pakistan. (This isn't a joke. I got messaged from Jack Smith and good address was Pakistan

So, although most guys are good the reality is telesales can be a nightmare.

Quite frankly there as many shady FMO's as there are agents.
