I learn new things about Medicare everyday. You're a new agent, and most new agents come with a lot of gusto, but you have a lot to learn about the program, your products, marketing, sales..

Not to mention the legal parts of MA/MAPD that can get complicated for a new agent.

mettle might could use the "technique" advice about how you do "open-book" with this test.

I don't really understand it so I can't give the comments. PDF screen shots, some kind of study screens open on another monitor, having a friend on another phone line while you take the test, or ....... .
