I am still toying with the idea of picking up another good graded option. I really like SNL graded because of the no PHI requirement, but the 30/70 would be a little easier to sell. I didn't even realize until recently that KSKJ had a good true graded. I have only used them for tier one or 2. I need to take a better look at that. I am not even sure what either pays on their graded plans. I am assuming you do get a little haircut going that route?

I do not like the KSKJ app. It only requires 2 sigs but has 7 or 8 pages. SNL is short and sweet. Still considering Baltimore. But with the limited business that I write, I figure I will only qualify for 2 trips so I don't want to spread myself to thin.

You can look into Prosperity's Graded & Modified. It's true Graded & pays full comp which is higher than Baltimore.
