I am not sure if you guys know but there is a raging battle about Obama not being a natural born citizen and possibly not even a citizen until he was 19. This would mean he is not eligible to be POTUS (President of the United States).

They have been sending up cases to SCOTUS (Suprerme Court) since just before election day and SCOTUS keeps denying them but oddly not dismissing them. The first was probably Leo Donofrio's from NJ, followed by Cort Wrotnowski in CT. Constitutional scholar Dr. Edwin Vieira first wrote about it in October 2008.

It discusses the possible Constitutional crisis plus how any law he signs will be void and will be subjected to endless legal challenges. In any criminal law violated based on a law he signed - the defendant's attorney will be able to demand Obama provide proof he is eligble which means a birth certifcate which he has not provided.

Phil Berg's cases from PA are up there at SCOTUS he has two. The best one was kicked down to Fed Circuit Court and it is under seal. The one under seal some people think has O Kenyan birth certifcate though he claims he was born in HI. The certifcate of live birth (COLB) he provided was a poor forgery. This case may be one of the best.

Dr. Orly Taitz a Russian-American woman who is a dentist and attorney in CA (the CA bar exam is brutal so she is no dummy & she is a bull dog) has a case at SCOTUS, one in CA and I think another. Attorney Gary Kreep in CA has one in CA Supreme Court.

Attorney Mario Apuzzo just filed one in S NJ Federal Court. A FOIA request is at the State Department by Chris Strunk in NY.

Steven Pidgeon has a case denied in WA States Supreme Court which will be heading to SCOTUS soon.

My suggestion has been to keep sending them up to SCOTUS with military plaintiffs (active, reserve and retired) so SCOTUS can tell them they have no standing or denied. Why should they risk their lives and uphold the Constitution if they have no standing and the POTUS is ineligble.

Do you know that before swearing in Obama showed up with Biden for this private meet and greet and brings his photog which SCOTUS was not happy about. The weird part is Associate Justice Samuel Alito was not at the meeting and all the others were. Some people think Alito was working on Berg's sealed case.

Plains Radio which runs shows each night about 7 pm EST to 11 pm EST claims that they have people who have retrieved Obama's Indonesian passport from Europe showing he was an Indonesian citizen at age 19. Supposed to be coming out in the near future and the Globe newspaper is just about the only publication covering this story. Plains has additional documents as well.

I didn't say always, you CHOSE to (typical). We live in a sick society (that is getting sicker by CHOICE, not better). But you use the CHOICE of this very small minority of illegal, unwilling rapes to AVOID the issue. Typical. Have you nothing to say about TRUE CHOICE in the primary sense for the majority of women? Guess not. What CHOICES are being made? And what are the consequences? You could ask these two questions about A LOT of different CHOICES in our society today and come up with the same answer. STENCH. And which CHOICES do you condone?

We have become "sexual beings" in every sense of the words, while trying to legislate away any vestige of consequence. It doesn't work. But we pretend it does. We even lately CHOSE to have a national Obamagasm, which included the CHOICE of putting into full power the very idiots who have been CHOOSING to screw us over since 2006 and whose CHOICES got us into this national mess. How intelligent! (I agree there was not much of a CHOICE of candidates - another definite result of our CHOOSING moral decay). Immoral sex and misplaced riches and indiscriminate materialism and rampant lawlessness is the practical religion most CHOOSE in America (I say move your sorry ass to Europe or anywhere else, they already have it in abundance, leave America alone).

May God raise up a new generation sick of the rot in America, and strong enough to do something about it. Return us to our foundations (and not the stupid crap AL3 talks about), and raise us up once again a great and powerful nation of strongly principled individuals who have LEARNED from the past not to repeat it, and are willing to FIGHT for their righteous principles. And God damn anyone who goes against these principles willfully and knowingly, because immoral actions have very negative consequences to others and any unrepentant practitioner thereof deserves the deepest part of hell. ("Rev." Wright pretty much said the opposite - he has his reservation, you can bank on that).

Or...Party on, dude. Maybe that's best CHOICE. You won't have to engage your conscience. It'll be over before you know it, and you THINK you won't know why, or you THINK you won't care. Lotsa folks got a SURPRISE waitin'! Just remember, and remember well - AIN'T NOBODY'S FAULT BUT YOUR OWN, and you will know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it will be a culmination of the CHOICES you have made in life.

But...party on. I really mean that sometimes. I ain't no where near perfect. It's biblical: I want to see the destruction of the wicked by God. Go ahead, make my day.

In the meantime, I really got a lot of work to do helping real folks face to face with the CHOICE of purchasing temporal life insurance and the CHOICE of attaining eternal life assurance - rather than wasting time across cyberspace with unknown entities whose molecules ain't arranged quite right, by their own CHOICE. See y'all later - it's a new day, and a new chance to make good CHOICES; take it - one day it will end and you will have no more CHOICES.

God gave us free will. Last time I checked with the man upstairs, he didn't appoint you as judge and jury regarding choice.

You fear choice because you can't control the person any longer. They don't have to live under your yoke of oppression.

...and that equals CHOICE, to sin or not to sin, since you mentioned sin. Anyway, the short sentence I quoted is the only thing you understood in my post. I don't judge, God does, and the memo you refer to is the Bible. Hey, I wasn't born this way, I was born a liberal sinner just like everyone else. So, I definitely, intimately know where you are coming from.

Anyway, my post was not so much aimed at you, as at anyone who's foot the shoe would fit. But, as most agree, I'm wasting my time.

There may be two or more sides to an argument. They CANNOT all be right. Waste all the time you want, OR learn. Your CHOICE. I'm hard-headed so I'm into learning the hard stuff and I've got a long way to go and very little time. You're not into the hard stuff?
