Quick Sales Tip

That's cry baby shit going to the doi. I'm sure you've had your share of complaints . Are you explaining to all your clients about the possibility of an assessment on their death benefit . And don't tell me it's fantasy as it's happened with fraternals . I bet if I asked 10 of your clients not a one would know .

Yes, I've had complaints filed by the likes of you. In every case it's been dismissed and I have the letters from the DOI that I did nothing wrong.

I only tell cleints about the fraternal when I write a fraternal. And yes, I tell every client. Including when I write KSKJ about the religeous aspect of KSKJ. So be my guest and ask them.

But you are completely wrong that the death benefit can be assessed. So I would not give that false information to clients. But agents like you have done that. They have paid dearly for making such claims.

Again, you attack from anonymity. Such a cowardly thing to do.

JD, how can you say that he's filed complaints on you and then turn around and say he attacks from anonymity? Either you know who "Fire" is or you don't.

Besides that, the DOI don't even listen to agents complaining about other agents.

Reading comprehension is your friend. I said by the "likes of you".

And no, I do not who he is. I'm pretty sure I know who he referring to as his "friend".

In Ky you have to answer every complaint. Doesn't matter who filed it. It has to be answered. And you will be notified of the results.

Personally, I never file a complaint without the client's permission and signature.

As for you, brush up on your reading comprehension and then try to attack from a different angle.

As for agent to agent complaints, the DOI will certainly listen when an agent has used the state guaranty fund to sell for or against a company. Especially when the agent is dumb enough to put that in writing.

You implied I had a lack of reading comprehension, yet you clearly display an utter lack of reading comprehension here. Where did JD directly accuse Fire of filing a DOI complaint against him?

Then KY is different than most any other state.

The difference between you and I is that I don't try to "attack". Unlike you, I willingly admit when I'm wrong.

If you must know, I always took that phrase to mean "you and anyone like you". I just looked it up. I understand it better now. I was wrong (see how easy that is, JD?)

I was taking an app today on a lady,78,COPD NT. After looking at all her meds,I was writing her Trans Standard.

We get into the health questions and when asked about stroke she said about a month ago,her hand went numb when she was using her computer so she went to the ER to see about it.

They did an MRI and took her vitals, sent her home in the morning. They think she had a mini stroke but they weren't sure. No meds were prescribed. Only follow up is in February.

How should she answer the question about the stroke? Yes or no?

No idea. It's a yes/no question. How does she answer? Yes or no?

All you do is attack. Nor can you one single time that I attacked anyone except in response to an attack. You couldn't find the other quotes you made up so now maybe you have a new mission, go try to find where I attacked someone unprovoked.

And I have always admitted when I was wrong. See, that's another veiled attack by you. Character assassination. You just aren't very good at it.
