It seems that Securus has taken the NAA route, no one can make it on 55%. I would just leave. your up line set you up to fail. He is not worthy of call. You may want to call Larry Dickenson, I believe he is a VP. And have a talk with him. Most likely it won't work. I would call Todd, and get appointed with other companies. At least he will put you in the right direction.

I am a new agent,,not contracted with a IMO yet. I have been doing much due diligence,,asking very detailed questions,,and yes I had a bad experience with Securus,once I asked too many questions the recruiter was scrambling and basically told me if you do not use our lead program then do not bother signing up,this was out of left field,also one e-mail stated 80% comp and then when asked verbally it was 70% and your at 55%?? I have a checklist of 10 questions and the first 4 are what I call Non negiotables. I liked talking to Keene Group and talking to Prosurity.
