My understanding is he's the pioneer of that card..the rest copied him.
Or maybe he was only saying that about the SSB mailer (e-3c, not fe) I can't remember that was years ago.
I don't know his pricing per piece, in my area he suggests per 1000 for any of the cards/markets.
I had another vendor once that copied his card but I got way less returns, the mailing list is key.

Doug Massey is in Florida and does field training. I would call him and schedule a ride along and if he makes sales on your ride along and can help you, move over to him. Then become a sponge and do exactly what he does.
