It happens all the time. Not 10, but 14. An agent should average setting 70% appointments from leads.
Not a beginner no. And not on every batch. I said average. Not only should they be told that, they should expect that.

Can it be done. Yes. No agent should ever be told when they are hired that they should be setting 50 percent of their leads to appointments.

I'll take your $100 per appt set challenge at 10/20 easy. If I don't get it, I'll pay you $500 for each appt under 10, but you also have to pay $500 for each appt over. Deal?

Dude, all you need is a decent script. Our folks only have 6-7 phone objections and 90% of the time is because they're going to the doctor at 11am and block out the whole day. All it takes is a little training...
That certainly should be the goal they are working toward.
