I made every attempt to settle the issue and they had no interest in discussing it. They felt there was nothing wrong with removing me from underneath the person I contracted with and transferring me to them.


Can't discuss a problem with somebody who won't discuss it with you. I Wanted the Internet to be warned of this type of activity from SL.

Thanks for the support from some of the experienced forum members, as some of members clearly that see Chris used me.

He threatened me with this forum (I have his threatening texts & emails).
I told him "GO AHEAD"...I'm not going to be BULLIED by someone who back-stabbed me.

I have email and texts of him requesting the commission tables as well as the offer I made....BEFORE speaking from with the Exec's from Senior Life. The company moved him....NOT ME. Senior Life protects up-lines from agents from doing exactly what he did.

I don't discuss back-stabbing nor do I use this forum to build my power or as a bargaining chip.

I WILL NOT RESPOND AGAIN ON THIS....LET EVERYONE BE THIER OWN JUDGE.

It's sad that agents use this Forum as a tool to deface people in this industry who may not have actually done anything wrong... It's weak as hell!

Jay, you were the one that placed me on a protected agent list which caused the company to make the change you need to own the responsibility of that. It's disgusting that you refuse to even admit that you did that in our conversation.

You also have the ability to undo the change and allow me to work under the person I had contracted with but you refused to allow that to happen.

you took the cowards way out plain and simple. You cost your company money, and future growth in the spiteful action you took. But, I'm glad I figured it out early that a company that would permit something like this wouldn't be one I wouldn't want a long-term association with anyway.

She is the principal of the agency and refused to have a conversation with me. I reached out and wanted to settle this professionally with her since it's her agency and she refused to have a conversation with me.

Slightly ironic that when I was trying to get to the bottom of what happened the Licensing Dept. at your company continue to tell me to contact my new up line who refused to have a conversation with me.

It was the supervisor of that department who is willing to explain what happened and apologize for the confusion when you were never willing to.
