When i go door to door/cold call, the most common objection i get after my intro script is "oh i already have a plan." What do you say to these prospects?

Thanks, that strategy may be working out well for you. But what I really want to know is, what "plan" to these folks have, because when I ask them about what plan they have, often they give names which are not insurance companies.

The more open ended questions you ask the more info you will get. I've never heard of that plan before - you would be willing to explain it to me and how it works? Why did you choose this plan to fit your needs? >>>>>>>on and on.
What are you using as an ice breaker to build any rapport with these people?
